Cuisine is Mediterranean, European and traditional from Odesa, with a great variety of fish and seafood. Specialties: gilthead bream with rosemary, gobies, goatfish with Polish sauce, salad “Caesar in Odesa”, “Hot frying pan with sausage and bacon”. Guests can enjoy six kinds of tap beer, plus a signature beer “Gambrinus”.
The interior of the basement is made in combination of an old style beer house and a modern pub. Instead of tables are oak barrels, instead of chairs are kegs. The furnishing (bright stone combined with dark wood) creates a feeling of good quality and is pleasing to the eye, and the proper lighting (candles, wrought hanging lamps) sets the correct way to communicate among a pleasant company.
